Our Supersonic X2

Well after a disappointing summer plagued with boat problems, our Mastercraft X2 has returned from the workshop having had some major engine refurbishment and lots of tlc!
Let's get out there and enjoy her before winter swallows us up!

Hey folks unfortunately our boat is unwell and is in the sick bay :(
Rest assured we're working hard to get her fit and back in action ready for the next time the sun has his hat on!

Friday 1 Oct - Charity Get Together

This coming Friday one of our members Steve is organising a charity gig for Oxfam @ The Latest Music Bar in Brighton, a great line up of 3 bands, DJ's, a few drinks and generally a chance to come and all say hi on a social level. 19.30 onwards.

Italy 2010

So it’s been a year...............almost!

Once again we’ve elected to head to Lake Viverone to hone our riding skills, be taught some fresh tricks and generally be humbled by the pro coaches!

And after a hard, sunny day’s riding, chilling out in the boat or on the waterside sunbeds, it’ll be time to enjoy some good old Italian charm and hospitality at the local taverna, p’raps throw in a BBQ night, obviously the odd ‘birra’ or glass of ‘vino’ and ‘hey presto’ several big (sunscorched) smiley faces!

There’s plenty here for everyone from beginner to pro, wakeboarder or skater - even try an air chair!! Or dare i say head to the ‘other side’ for a few passes on the pro slalom mono ski course if that is your persuasion :)

Whatever your level, there's always room for improvement!

As for traveling and accommodation, some of us are driving, others are flying........you can camp in your tent, rent a caravan or an apartment or stay at the local 3* hotel - an ample choice that should suit even the leanest of pockets! White Air Festival 18-20 September '09

Come and find us at the wakeboard village on the beach near Madeira Drive, lots happening including some pro riders showing us some BIG tricks, opportunities to get out and ride straight off the beach from the floating island, not to mention BWC's very own resident DJ Stevio Bee and friends playing some happening tunes! As well as a Liquid Force stand, an air chair stand with some demo's and the chance to have a go and loads more...........
Come on down, say hi and chill out in the Lounge area.

Help need!

The boat will be out of the water from Wednesday 28th January for 1 week so if anyone is about on Saturday 31st January or Sunday the 1st of February and can help out in some general maintenace to the boat such as antifouling, cleaning and minor repairs then please let me know. I supply lunch in exchange for a few hours of your time! Last year was a laugh and this year will be better not least because the boat will only be on the hardstanding in the marina. As you all know we are a non profit club and can only run if people help out.
