More about BWC

BWC operate out of Brighton Marina in East Sussex. We set ourselves up to allow like minded people who want to get out on the water and enjoy/improve their wakeboarding or chosen water sport. We put our time in freely on a voluntary basis and run for the benefit of our members. We are a non profit-making club and we aim to promote the sport and give people the opportunity to enjoy wakeboarding which can typically be expensive or only possible if you have, or know someone that has a boat.

We are proud to have a 2003 Mastercraft X2 - the very same wakeboard boat that was used for the 2003 UK pro wakeboard series. The boat has all the mod cons including a full ballast system, perfect pass, a pumping sound system, with tower speakers and lights.

In addition to wakeboarding and waterskiing our members are active people who enjoy a range of outdoor sports including snowboarding, skiing, kitesurfing, surfing, sailing, skateboarding, cycling, scuba diving, paragliding............the list goes on....! Conrad Levy the founder of Brighton Wakeboard Club is also a helmsman on Brighton Lifeboat.

Safety is the club's number one priority. All water-sports are potentially dangerous and individuals are ultimately responsible for their own actions. We will only tow people wearing wetsuits or suitable clothing and life-jackets/impact vests and will always reserve the right to refuse use of club equipment. All water-sports are great fun and we want to make sure that everyone enjoys themselves.
